A company is looking for a Credit & Finance Advising Assistant to support small business clients in obtaining money and credit.
Key Responsibilities
Handle 20+ inbound and outbound calls per hour with professionalism and empathy
Guide clients through the business credit-building program
Collaborate with the remote team to ensure outstanding service delivery
Required Qualifications
Fluent in English (spoken and written) with a neutral or clear accent
Fluent in Spanish (spoken and written); native speaker or multilingual required
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional home workspace
Must be able to work full-time on US Eastern Time hours
Prior call center or customer service experience is a plus
