Payroll Specialist

Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team in Chattanooga, Tennessee. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing payroll processes efficiently and accurately for a multi-state organization. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with extensive experience in full-cycle payroll operations and a keen eye for compliance and precision.

Responsibilities :

• Process full-cycle payroll for employees across multiple states, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to manage payroll operations effectively.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state payroll regulations and reporting requirements.
• Address payroll discrepancies and provide prompt resolutions to employee inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper payroll documentation and data integrity.
• Handle payroll for organizations with over 250 employees.
• Generate payroll reports and analyze data to support organizational decision-making.
• Monitor and implement updates to payroll systems and procedures as needed.
• Ensure accurate deductions, including taxes, benefits, and garnishments.
• Assist with audits and provide payroll-related documentation as required.
