Responsibilities
Perform specific metal fabrication operations as assigned by the supervisor.
Read and interpret process sheets, work instructions, and blueprints to complete assigned tasks accurately.
Set up and operate die forming and roll forming equipment.
Measure workpiece dimensions using precision measuring tools to ensure conformance to specifications.
Collaborate with manufacturing engineers and other production operators to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Hands-on experience with metal fabrication processes such as die forming, roll forming, and welding (strongly preferred).
Experience with press operation and setup (strongly preferred).
Proficiency with basic measuring equipment, including calipers and micrometers.
Ability to read and interpret job instructions, work orders, and engineering blueprints.
Experience working in a smaller or team-oriented production environment.
Preferred Experience
Experience with closely related seal products is a plus.
