Capital Subaru of Greensboro is seeking a dynamic driven and customer-obsessed Business Development Center (BDC) Sales Representative to join our high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of our dealerships growthconnecting with potential customers generating quality leads and turning inquiries into real sales opportunities. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love the idea of helping people take the wheel of their next Subaru this role is for you!

BDC Sales Representative Compensation and Benefits :

BDC Sales Representative Responsibilities :

  • Respond promptly to all incoming leads via phone email and online platforms
  • Manage organize and prioritize leads for consistent and timely follow-up
  • Build rapport with potential customers to understand their needs and interests
  • Provide clear information on vehicles services and current promotions
  • Effectively highlight key Subaru features benefits and value propositions
  • Stay informed on industry trends competitor activity and market insights
  • Collaborate closely with the BDC team Sales Team and other departments
  • Maintain accurate thorough records in the CRM system
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
  • BDC Sales Representative Requirements :

  • Sales or business knowledge is a plus
  • Experience in sales or customer service preferably in an automotive or BDC environment
  • Strong instincts for identifying and maximizing sales opportunities
  • Previous phone or virtual sales experience is an asset
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and related sales software
  • Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
  • Motivated by meeting and exceeding performance goals
  • Adaptability to evolving processes tools and technologies
  • Must pass pre-employment background screenings
