About Us :

We are a leading provider of lawn and garden equipment repair and landscape fleet maintenance, and are looking for a skilled and motivated Small Engine Mechanic to join our team. We leverage modern technology to enhance our services and provide the best possible experience for our customers and a great work environment for our employees. Pay is based on experience in addition to commission for completed repairs

What You'll Do :

  • Perform routine maintenance and diagnostic services on a variety of small engines, including lawnmowers, trimmers, and other equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair a wide range of mechanical issues, using both traditional methods and AI-powered diagnostics to ensure accuracy.
  • Utilize specialized tools and equipment for maintenance and repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed, parts used, and time spent.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs, provide estimates, and answer questions.
  • must be willing to fill in on delivery trucks and warehouse during off-season, this includes but is not limited to, delivering and installing furniture and appliances, putting together furniture for deliveries, loading and unloading trucks, receiving in merchandise with rf scan gun, keeping a clean and organized workspace

What You'll Need :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Formal training or certification in small engine repair is a plus.
  • Proven experience working with a variety of small engines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Clean driving record, no points
  • Clean drug screen
