[job_card.job_description]Ability to travel locally and out-of-state as needed. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject by applicable laws. Minimum High School Diploma or GED. Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds unassisted and up to 100 pounds with assistance. Walking, standing, and driving for extended periods. Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling and extended ceiling heights. Ability to work in compact spaces. (crawlspaces, attics, etc). Repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting and carrying of items. Ability to work on-call and after business hours as needed. Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance after 90 days. Servpro will pay half of employee's premium cost. SimpleIRA with employer matching up to 3% after one year of employment. Yearly Bonuses. Overtime pay and on-call bonuses. Clear and effective oral and written communication. Experience in cleaning / restoration industry is preferred. IICRC certification is preferred.

Job Description
As a Fire / Water Field Restoration Technician, you will be responsible for assessing and completing mitigation services on a case-by-case basis. You will have to communicate these needs between management, customers, and insurance companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain clear communication between office and customers.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance of yourself, assigned vehicle, and equipment.
- Prepare rooms / areas for work needs.
- Set up staging areas and equipment as needed for each project.
- Perform end of day / end of job clean up and breakdown to leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance.
- Perform all production processes following SERVPRO production guidelines per order by management.
