The SAP Project & Portfolio Manager is responsible for planning, leading, and managing SAP projects across the organization, ensuring successful implementation, delivery, and alignment with business goals. This role oversees the project portfolio, prioritizes initiatives, manages budgets and resources, and drives cross-functional collaboration with business leaders, SAP functional / technical teams, vendors, and PMO.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead end-to-end SAP project execution across modules (S / 4HANA, ECC, BTP, IBP, EWM, TM, PP / QM, FI / CO, etc.).
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource forecasts.
• Manage delivery partners, offshore teams, and cross-functional business stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with PMO methodologies (Agile / Hybrid / Waterfall).
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, status calls, and steering committee updates.
