A company is looking for a Technical Engagement Analyst who will focus on technical client support and data optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a technical point of escalation for cross-functional teams
Support existing client changes involving location and pay code additions
Perform operational reviews to recommend and implement improvements to client data exchanges
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in implementations or technical account management
Knowledge of Dell Boomi or willingness to learn
Experience troubleshooting sFTP, API, and data concerns
Capacity to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Occasional need to work outside of normal business hours may be required
