Hiring established CDL-A teams for a dedicated refrigerated lane with steady miles and simple repeatable weekly routes. All freight is no-touch. Outbound is preloaded inbound is drop-trailer.

Job Details

  • Dedicated reefer account with static weekly schedules
  • Preloaded outbound / drop-trailer inbound
  • 53 reefers automatic tandem-axle sleepers
  • 100% no-touch freight

Pay

  • Team CPM : $0.59-$0.81
  • 4900 team miles weekly
  • Avg Per driver weekly : $1500$2000
  • Annual per driver : $75000$103000

    • Home Time

  • Not home daily. Predictable weekly rhythm based on domicile.
  • Hiring Area
  • Must live within 100 miles of : De Pere WI.
  • Matched teams must live within 50 miles of each other.

    • Requirements

  • 21year old and Valid CDL-A
  • Minimum 3 months recent tractor-trailer experience
  • True teams only
  • Clean verifiable work history
  • DOT physical & drug test
  • Acceptable MVR / PSP
