Position Purpose
The Mechanical Solutions Service Sales Specialist assists the Proactive Sales Team and communicates with internal / external sales personnel, operations team, clients, and suppliers to support excellent service delivery and an efficient & effective sales process.
Pay Range : $25.00 - $35.00 per hour, plus potential profit share.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, and standardize site, safety, and HVAC equipment information submitted by Proactive Sales and Field Teams, including photos, make, model, and serial numbers.
- Research and compile relevant service documentation, including equipment IOMs, specialty service requirements, and required or recommended materials, with consideration for cost-effective and sustainable sourcing options.
- Develop new service agreement estimates by accurately entering equipment details, applying standard scopes of work, and creating preliminary labor plans.
- Coordinate and track bid timelines by preparing required documentation in advance and issuing timely reminders to support on-time submissions.
- Update existing agreements by revising consumable costs (e.g., filters, belts, and other materials), obtaining vendor or subcontractor quotes, and incorporating field-identified corrections.
- Review and update tasking standards based on the most current equipment information, IOM requirements, and consumable needs.
- Maintain accurate photo documentation by obtaining updated images and ensuring all photo records are complete and correctly formatted.
- Ensure all agreements have the latest tasking versions deployed and aligned with current operational standards.
- Process renewals for existing agreements, including house accounts and auto-renewal requests, and complete simple contract performance checks.
- Conduct proactive account management by auditing service information, developing CRM-based Client Care Call plans, making follow-up calls, triaging customer needs, and logging all actions in the CRM.
- Support proactive sales and marketing by maintaining accurate resources, developing new tools or materials, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Route new leads to the appropriate team members in alignment with current lead-ownership standards.

Qualifications
2-year business school or equivalent combination of education and experience.Excellent computer skills, specifically with Microsoft applications.Ability to make decisions, dispose of problems, and complete thoroughly detailed work.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude under pressure.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with customers and internal teams.Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years' experience working with commercial construction administration.No candidate will meet every single desired qualification.
