Job Posting : Client Services Specialist Overview

We are seeking Client Services Specialists to join our team. This role involves handling a high volume of inbound calls from customers with existing loans, providing exceptional service, and assisting with billing and payment-related inquiries. The ideal candidate will bring strong call center experience, computer literacy, and a background in billing or banking.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to customer inquiries via phone.
• Assist with ACH setups and cancellations.
• Process payments, adjustments, and credits accurately.
• Handle mail correspondence and maintain records.
• Support customers with logging into the payment portal.
• Calculate loan payments and provide clear explanations to customers.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tucson, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00 / hr.
