Raytheon has an opportunity for a Production Supervisor. The ideal candidate will possess the demonstrated skills and experience necessary to perform in both manufacturing and technical leadership roles. Daily interaction with other cross-business teams to maintain and meet organizational goals and objectives. The candidate will be able to provide valuable floor insight to a cross-functional team (Operations, Quality, Engineering, Test Equipment, Maintenance, etc.). Ensuring that the team is achieving / exceeding safety, quality, delivery, cost goals and identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities using Core and lean methodologies are critical performance criteria for this position.

The candidate must be capable and willing to work extended hours (when required) in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.

What You Will Do

• Driving goals and accountability throughout cell
• Workforce planning and forecasting.
• Employee hiring, training, and unit hour performance.
• Area layout and flow management
• Ensuring the full compliance of company policies and procedures
• CORE Operating Systems drives all aspects of our business.

• Operating within the contractual requirements set forth in a multiple production environment

What We Offer

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and / or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
