Key Responsibilities :

Analysis & Design :  Identify automation opportunities, analyze existing processes, and design automated workflows or control systems.

Development :  Program, configure, and simulate automated machinery, software, or scripts for specific tasks.

Implementation :  Install, integrate, and deploy new automation solutions, ensuring seamless transitions.

Testing & QA :  Develop and execute tests (automated and manual) to ensure reliability, accuracy, and quality of automated systems, identifying and fixing bugs.

Maintenance & Support :  Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, perform repairs, and provide technical support for automated systems.

Collaboration :  Work with business units, IT, and management to understand needs, align with goals, and train staff.

Documentation :  Create detailed technical guides, user manuals, and design specifications.  Core Technical Skills (Hard Skills)

Programming Languages :  Python (scripting, testing), Java, C++, JavaScript.

Automation Tools :  RPA platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism), CI / CD tools, Configuration Management (Puppet, Chef).

Control Systems :  Knowledge of control theory, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), and robotics.

Scripting & Testing :  Writing automation scripts, creating test plans, debugging, API & database knowledge.

Cloud & DevOps :  Cloud computing, databases, CI / CD pipelines.  Essential Soft Skills (Professional Skills)

Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking :  Analyzing complex processes, creative troubleshooting, debugging.

Communication :  Explaining technical concepts, documentation, teamwork.
