Jake’s Heating, Air & Plumbing is looking for a Dispatcher / Call By Call Manager who thrives in the middle of the action. If you know how to manage chaos, support technicians, and keep operations running like a well-oiled machine, this is your spot.
We’re a family-owned HVAC and plumbing company that’s been proudly serving our community since 2006. We take pride in delivering top-quality plumbing services and home comfort solutions our customers can count on.
Your Role
As the Dispatcher, you’ll be the operational hub — managing service calls in real time, dispatching technicians, analyzing ticket performance, and making sure every job runs smoothly from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming HVAC and plumbing service calls in real time
- Dispatch technicians based on availability, proximity, and job priority
- Conduct post-call reviews with technicians on job performance and ticket details
- Provide field support, pricing guidance, and quick decision-making when needed
- Communicate with customers for scheduling, updates, and satisfaction follow-up
- Track job progress, materials used, and technician productivity metrics
- Collaborate with the office team for accurate billing and customer records
- Identify upsell opportunities and coach technicians to improve performance
- Maintain daily summaries and logs to measure success
