Customer Onboarding Specialist

A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Coach.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with newly enrolled Pros to create and execute customized onboarding plans

Make 75+ outbound dials per day or maintain 5+ hours of talk time to connect with Pros

Coach customers on product implementation and help them achieve their business goals

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in a client-facing onboarding or support role

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus

6+ months of outbound sales or prospecting experience is a plus
