Senior Technical Advisor

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Advisor for the Guatemala Border, Security, and Information Management Project.

Key Responsibilities

Advise on project implementation strategies related to law enforcement and border management

Draft and review technical deliverables, including work plans and training curricula

Facilitate coordination with U.S. agencies and prepare materials for high-level meetings

Required Qualifications

Fluency in English and Spanish (professional proficiency required)

Minimum 15 years of experience in law enforcement or homeland security

Prior experience with U.S. government agencies such as DHS or FBI preferred

Experience in Central America or Latin America, particularly Guatemala, required

Strong understanding of migration, policing, and investigative processes
