• ???? Salary : $90,000 – $130,000 (DOE)
• ???? Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a primary focus on CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping .

Integrate CMDB with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and SAM modules to improve data accuracy and operational visibility.

Configure CI classes, relationship models, identification & reconciliation rules , and Discovery patterns.

Build automation using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and Orchestration tools.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CMDB data, integrations, MID Servers, Discovery , and platform performance.

Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and solution diagrams .

3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development or engineering experience.

Strong understanding of CMDB structure, CI relationships, and Discovery patterns .

Proficiency with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow configuration .

Experience with at least one major module : ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, or SAM .

Knowledge of Discovery, MID Server configuration, and integration protocols (REST, SOAP, JDBC).

Ability to produce technical documentation, solution designs, logic flows, and architecture descriptions .

Experience with Service Mapping

Background in enterprise integrations

Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks

ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS–Discovery, CIS–CMDB, CIS–ITSM, etc.)
