Job Title : Financial Analyst - Distributor Support

Location : Winston Salem, NC

This position is part of the North America Shared Services organization and contributes to the success of the Food and Beverage Control organization by managing distributor volume, parts, and service. The team is responsible for distributor fee calculations, processing distributor volume, and billing for service and parts.

Key Accountabilities :

  • Ensure distributor volume reports are received, processed, and approved (including error resolution) before the period-end close.
  • Process distributor fee accruals and payments.
  • Review and approve distributor deductions.
  • Manage Local Transformation Distributor contracts and setups.

Qualifications :

  • Education : 4-year college degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Skills & Experience :

    • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to assess materiality and risk exposure and implement creative solutions.

  • Outstanding communication skills with a proven ability to influence multiple levels of leadership.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
  • High attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
  • Highly organized and responsive, with the ability to meet SLAs and tight deadlines.

  • Flexibility, organization, and the ability to handle competing priorities.
  • Good time management skills.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • 2-3 years of experience with Microsoft applications, with an extremely high level of proficiency.
  • 2-3 years of experience demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with SAP & SIPS.
