Healthcare Program Manager

A company is looking for a Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives across various workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives across multiple workstreams

Partner with cross-functional leaders to define objectives, priorities, and success metrics

Drive program governance, monitor progress, and report updates to executive leadership

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Health Administration, Business, Engineering)

8+ years of experience in program / project management, with at least 3 years in healthcare or related fields

Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs involving complex systems integration

Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and healthcare regulatory requirements

Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft)
