Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as an Associate Program Manager! In this role you will direct all phases of client programs, from inception through completion. You will be the primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and performance. In this role you can expect to develop strategies and tactics to ensure effective program performance. Associate program managers direct and coordinate in cross functional teams. Candidates must live in Wisconsin to be considered for this role for frequent travel within the region. You're a great fit if you can Manage program forecasts, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) while providing regulatory support Maintain comprehensive project tracking and provide leadership with relevant status updates and trending information to ensure achievement of energy savings goals Manage a portion of a large client contract or several small contracts (typically less than $2M annual revenue without incentives) with direct oversight from manager Assist in development of new business or expanding services with the client Analyze problem / opportunity areas of assigned programs and evaluates options. Evaluate program performance regularly and make recommendations on marketing or outreach or design actions. Design and execute program strategies that will be delivered to the client for future program cycles Exciting candidates have Bachelor's degree 1-2 years of relevant work experience A strong attention to detail with well-established organizational and task management systems Strong familiarity with Excel highly preferred Knowledge of current energy efficiency industry trends 1-2 years of project management experience

Compensation Range $76,100.00 - $114,200.00 Currency USD Type Salary Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data / ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD / technology), for example.
