Director of Quality Opportunity

Join Our Client's Aerospace Excellence

Are you ready to lead and elevate the Quality function in a dynamic aerospace and defense manufacturing environment? Our client, a respected name in the aerospace sector, is searching for an accomplished Director of Quality to provide strategic leadership across two locations in Denver, CO. Known for their commitment to precision, compliance, and innovation, our client is an industry leader delivering exceptional products that meet rigorous standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide leadership and development to the Quality team, aligning with strategic goals.
  • Oversee, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Ensure compliance with technical specifications, customer requirements, and regulatory standards such as AS9100 and FAA certifications.
  • Manage internal, customer, and third-party compliance audits.
  • Monitor and improve quality performance indicators.
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
  • Supervise inspection activities across all production stages.
  • Maintain and optimize quality inspection equipment and calibration processes.

Key Skills and Experience :

  • Quality Assurance Expertise : Extensive experience with aerospace quality systems, including AS9100 and FAA PMA / Repair Station standards.
  • Leadership : Proven success in managing and developing technical teams in manufacturing settings.
  • Process Improvement : Expertise in driving operational enhancements, including process improvement and change management.
  • Analytical Skills : Strong problem-solving capabilities, root cause analysis, and strategic planning acumen.
