A company is looking for a Benefits and Leave Specialist to support global benefits and leave programs for employees.
Key Responsibilities
Administer the leave of absence program in the United States and assist with leaves in Canada and Australia
Facilitate leaves, accommodations, and the return-to-work process while ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience
Serve as a primary contact for employee benefits and leave inquiries, maintaining accurate data and supporting operational tasks
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field, with 2+ years of relevant experience
Experience administering complex benefits and leave processes independently
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for audits and process tools
Strong understanding of US federal and multi-state leave and benefits regulations
Experience using Workday, Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace for data management and documentation
