Passionate about driving transformation through education? Jump on board with Leaders of Tomorrow Youth Center (LTYC) in Baltimore, MD, as an Education Apprentice. LTYC is dedicated to empowering young people to reach their full potential. This is a Part-Time apprenticeship opportunity.

Join LTYC as an Education Apprentice and work closely with our team to create meaningful learning experiences for the next generation of leaders. This position offers practical involvement in designing and implementing educational initiatives that make a positive impact on the lives of youth. Become a respected member of LTYC and play a role in shaping a brighter future through education.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for various age groups at the Leaders of Tomorrow Youth Center
• Assist with classroom management and provide support to students during educational activities
• Collaborate with the Education Coordinator to evaluate the effectiveness of current programs and suggest improvements
• Conduct research on educational best practices and innovative teaching methods to enhance the learning experience
• Support the Education team in organizing and facilitating field trips and special events for program participants

Our arts education instruction includes dance, theater, music, visual arts, media arts, creative writing, STEAM, culinary arts, Yoga, martial arts, and gardening.
