Key job responsibilities :

• Drive end-to-end strategic partnership lifecycle for Global Fleet initiatives with comprehensive financial accountability
• Develop multi-year partnership strategies aligned with technical and business objectives
• Lead complex negotiations for high-value technology partnerships
• Build and mentor a high-performance business development team
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams
• Define and track performance metrics for partnership success
• Represent Amazon at industry events and maintain critical technology partner relationships
