Tombras, a 400+ person, full-service, national advertising agency with a digital mindset, is seeking a Media Strategy Supervisor. Where you'll be working : Knoxville or Atlanta. Relocation assistance may be provided.

As a Media Strategy Supervisor, you'll be responsible for developing a cross-channel media strategy across digital and traditional channels and leading a team through the execution designed to meet / exceed client expectations. In addition to being an expert media strategist, the Media Strategy Supervisor is a strong leader, capable of effectively leading a team of media planners and associates and coordinating plans with the Traditional, Social, Search, Programmatic, Digital Investment and Analytics departments.

What You Will Be Doing :

• Assist the AMD in setting overall strategic direction for digital and traditional media campaigns and determining which metrics will be used to track campaign success.
• Lead a planning team to support campaign creation and oversight.
• Integrate digital and traditional media campaign recommendations in a seamless way that marries the various disciplines into one cohesive strategy that meets client goals.
• Coordinate with members of the Channel teams including their tactics and rationale in the overall media recommendation as applicable to deliver on strategic goals
• Build and update media flowcharts and manage buy authorizations.
• Work hand-in-hand with our Channel and Analytics team to ensure proper tracking of campaigns.
• Monitors pre and post launch Quality Assurance checks and balances through communication and collaboration with Channel teams.
• Deliver reporting that uncovers actionable insights into campaign performance.
• Provide thought leadership by staying abreast of media research and industry trends.
• Remain dedicated to the personal growth and training / mentoring of your team.
