Client Service Specialist Css

NurseCore is hiring a Client Service Specialist to support staffing, recruiting, and non-clinical operations for healthcare facilities and home care patients in Fort Worth.

Pay Range : $18.00 - $22.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities

  • Assign staff to open shifts and manage schedules
  • Recruit, interview, and hire qualified field employees
  • Maintain and grow client relationships; resolve service issues
  • Coordinate home care referrals and ensure proper documentation
  • Support branch growth through administrative and sales tasks

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of college preferred
  • 1+ year in service industry; home health experience a plus
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficient with computers and office technology

    • Job Details

  • Full-time, MonFri, 8 AM5 PM (occasional evenings / weekends)
  • Local travel required
  • Must be able to lift / move up to 25 lbs.
