About the Role

The Company is on the lookout for a dynamic VP of Enterprise Sales Strategy to drive growth by engaging with enterprise clients, specifically those exceeding $500M in annual revenue. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead new business development, manage the complete sales cycle, and achieve exceptional results against sales and revenue targets. Your main responsibilities will include identifying and building new business opportunities, expanding revenue streams within your territory, and presenting customized solutions that meet the unique requirements of potential clients. You will also play an essential role in guiding clients through the onboarding process.

To excel in this role, you should be prepared to travel up to 25% for client meetings and industry events. We seek applicants with a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of direct B2B sales experience, showcasing a history of surpassing sales goals in either mid-market or enterprise settings. Experience selling to CFOs or equivalent senior finance functions is crucial, and a background in payments or software sales will set you apart.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong hunter mentality, outstanding communication and presentation skills, and the ability to self-generate leads. Familiarity with CRM systems, especially Salesforce, along with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling, is preferred. We are looking for someone who is a continuous learner, self-disciplined, results-oriented, and exhibits a strong entrepreneurial mindset, capable of adapting and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
