Pay Range : $38.02 - $61.44 per hour

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Summary :

The Pediatric Cardiology / Pediatric Congenital Heart Disease Program at Rush provides personalized, compassionate care for congenital (present at birth) and acquired heart disorders. We perform echocardiographic procedures of congenital heart diseases treating patients of all ages, from fetuses and newborns to children, adolescents, teenagers and adults with cardiac congenital disease. Exemplifies the Rush mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures.

Required Job Qualifications :

• Associate's degree in cardiac technology
• Registration in Pediatric Echocardiography (ARDMS or CCI) is expected within 12 months of employment
• BLS.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy, physiology and pathology related to heart and fetal circulation.
• Above average ability to independently handle multiple priorities and stressful deadline-oriented situations.
• Above average ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations / environment and assess and solve problems.
