A company is looking for a Merchant Success Enablement Manager to design and scale enablement functions for merchant-facing success teams.
Key Responsibilities
Build and lead onboarding experiences for new hires to enhance their confidence and reduce ramp time
Design role-specific training programs and create scalable resources such as playbooks and SOPs
Develop curriculum and communication frameworks that foster continuous learning and team alignment
Required Qualifications
6-7+ years of experience in merchant success / revenue enablement or a similar role
Experience working with Customer Success teams to drive engagement and adoption
Proven track record of exceeding goals and delivering exceptional outcomes
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
Passion for enablement and learning, with a focus on empowering team success
