Responsibilities

• Champion the Virtual Patient Experience : Guide patients through the telehealth process, from setting up their virtual visit to ensuring they are comfortable and ready to connect with their provider. You'll be a friendly, reassuring voice that builds confidence in digital healthcare.
• Provide Remote Clinical Support : Conduct virtual patient intake by gathering and updating medical histories, confirming medications, and documenting the reason for the visit in our EMR system.
• Facilitate Telehealth Sessions : Assist healthcare providers during virtual consultations by managing patient queues, sharing relevant information, and coordinating follow-up actions like e-prescribing and scheduling future appointments.
• Master Digital Health Tools : Become an expert in our telehealth platform and other digital tools. You will troubleshoot basic technical issues for patients and providers to ensure consultations run smoothly.
• Manage Digital Administrative Tasks : Handle administrative duties with precision, including managing electronic health records, coordinating virtual referrals, and communicating with patients through secure messaging platforms.
