We design instructor-led workshops, virtual instructor-led training (vILT), and on-demand learning paths that boost leadership, technical skills, and compliance outcomes.
Position Summary
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to build pipeline, close new accounts, and grow revenues for our training solutions. This is a consultative sales role focused on discovering client learning needs and matching them with the right programs, custom workshops, or learning subscriptions.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify new leads via phone, email, LinkedIn, and events.
Conduct discovery calls and virtual demos to understand client training challenges and goals.
Create tailored proposals and quotes; negotiate terms with buyers and decision-makers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (new bookings and renewals).
Maintain accurate records in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and manage sales pipeline.
Collaborate with Client Success and Delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Represent BrightPath at conferences and networking events (some travel required).
Provide market and competitive feedback to inform product and pricing strategy.
Qualifications
2+ years sales experience (B2B preferred); experience selling services or SaaS is a plus.
Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic sales reporting.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
