JOB GOAL : The Early Childhood Teacher provides a nurturing, stimulating, and developmentally appropriate environment for preschoolers. This role promotes curiosity, independence, and foundational skills through intentional instruction aligned with early learning philosophies and frameworks. The teacher collaborates with families and colleagues to support each preschooler’s cognitive, social-emotional, and physical development.

Responsibilities :

• Design and implement daily lesson plans aligned with early learning standards and curriculum frameworks.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment that promotes growth and exploration.
• Observe, assess, and documentpreschoolers ’progress to guide instruction and communicate outcomes to families.
• Integrate play-based learning to develop literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional skills.
• Collaborate with assistant teachers and staff to ensure cohesive classroom instruction.
• Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and reporting requirements.
• Engage families through communication, conferences, and family-centered events.
• Participate in professional learning and reflective practices to enhance instructional quality.
• Collaborate with specialists to ensure an inclusive environment for all Preschoolers.
• Monitor materials andmaintainorganized classroom spaces.
