Staff AI Agent Software Engineer

A company is looking for a Staff AI Agent Software Engineer to pioneer and scale the foundations of their agentic capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the center of excellence for agentic systems, driving design and operational maturity

Build and maintain core infrastructure to enable autonomous agents deployment

Mentor engineers in agent design and architecture while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

7+ years of software engineering experience with large-scale distributed systems or AI / ML applications

Deep experience with autonomous agents, LLM orchestration, or multi-agent systems

Fluency in backend languages such as Python, Node.js, or Go

Production experience implementing agentic systems using custom or open-source frameworks

Strong skills in cloud-native development on AWS / GCP with infrastructure-as-code
