A longstanding wholesale distributor and / or manufacturer is seeking a hands-on Finance & Systems Manager to oversee the financial and operational systems of the business. This role will work alongside the operations team, ensuring the financial integrity of the company, supporting strategic decision-making, and streamlining processes. The ideal candidate should have experience in buying, distribution, or wholesale operations.

Responsibilities :

Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and forecasting.

Ensure accurate tracking of inventory, procurement, and distribution processes.

Collaborate with operations staff to align financial systems with day-to-day processes.

Maintain compliance with medical regulations, licensing, and reporting requirements.

Implement and optimize systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and visibility.

Provide actionable insights to management to support strategic planning and growth.

Qualifications :

Proven experience in finance or accounting management within wholesale, distribution, or manufacturing sectors- A MUST

Familiarity with inventory management, procurement, and distribution processes.

Knowledge of medical regulations or compliance requirements is a strong plus.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Ability to work independently and lead financial initiatives in a small-team environment.
