Coordinate the creative process, file selection, production and mailing, and the acknowledgement process. Support strategy to train staff on marketing campaigns, soliciting donors, and defining levels of giving and benefits. Create printed materials and update databases and websites with campaign program information. Implement donor relations / recognition activities. Develop donor confidence and relationships through effective gift solicitation, processing and acknowledgement. Support the development and implementation of tracking strategies for solicitation efforts and perform analysis of data for results. High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's Non profit fundraising experience preferred. P2P experience with gifts over $10,000 preferred. Proven record for closing large gifts and planned gifts.

Requirements
Education :
degree / Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
