Key Responsibilities
Foster and maintain relationships with existing non-Agency wholesale clients
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the non-Agency wholesale market
Manage the end-to-end loan application process and ensure compliance with industry standards
Required Qualifications
High school diploma; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
Relevant experience in mortgage sales, particularly in Non-Agency lending
Proven track record in sales and strong negotiation skills
Knowledge of mortgage industry regulations and compliance standards
Ability to thrive in a production-driven environment
