Peacemaker Lobster & Crab brings coastal-inspired dining to Kirkwood with fresh lobster, crab, oysters, po’boys, and seafood boils. In partnership with 4 Hands Brewing Co., we’re known for combining scratch-made seafood with craft beer and cocktails in a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Our kitchen team is at the heart of it all, and we’re looking for skilled, reliable Line Cooks to help deliver consistent, high-quality dishes as we expand into a full-service restaurant this fall .

What You’ll Do

As a Line Cook , you’ll play a key role in preparing our signature dishes and ensuring each plate meets Peacemaker’s quality standards. Responsibilities include :

Preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and specifications

Operating grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

Following portion control, presentation, and food safety guidelines

Maintaining a clean, organized, and stocked workstation throughout service

Assisting with prep, restocking, and closing duties as needed

Communicating clearly with the expo and FOH staff to ensure accurate, timely orders

Supporting the kitchen team during high-volume shifts, especially nights and weekends

Who You Are

Prior kitchen or line cook experience preferred (but we’ll train motivated candidates)

Passionate about food quality and consistency

Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment

Team player with strong communication skills

Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
