Halcyon Home is hiring a Regional VP of Operations to support our growing geriatric Hospice population in Dallas, TX and surrounding areas. We offer competitive pay, and wonderful team support.

What You’ll Do :

The Regional VP of Operations provides strategic oversight and operational leadership for our hospice location covering the DFW area. You will guide clinical and administrative teams to deliver exceptional patient-centered care while fostering a work environment where employees feel valued, heard, and supported.

  • Lead multi-site operational performance with an employee-first approach.
  • Strengthen processes that enhance quality, compliance, and patient satisfaction.
  • Mentor local leaders, developing a culture of collaboration and open communication.
  • Champion a “yes” culture that encourages solutions, creativity, and compassionate decision-making.
  • Drive growth while ensuring the integrity and mission of hospice care.

Requirements :

  • Executive leadership experience in healthcare (hospice preferred).
  • A passion for supporting teams and elevating care delivery.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to lead with empathy, purpose, and resilience.
