Key Responsibilities
Schedule customers for collision repair and estimate appointments following established procedures
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer communications professionally
Assist customers with rental reservations and problem resolution through active listening and resource utilization
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or G.E.D
Ability and flexibility to work rotating Saturdays and other schedules
Access to a modem and high-speed internet that meet minimum requirements
