What You’ll Do

Greet and assist customers in the showroom and online with enthusiasm and professionalism

Understand each customer’s needs to help them find their perfect Kia vehicle

Lead engaging test drives and demonstrate Kia’s latest technology and features

Guide customers through every step of the buying process — from first contact to vehicle delivery

Follow up with customers and leads to build lasting relationships

Work collaboratively with a positive, high-energy sales team

What We’re Looking For

Previous sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus

Strong communication and people skills

Goal-driven mindset with a desire to learn and grow

Professional appearance , positive attitude, and solid work ethic

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
