Apidel Technologies is seeking a local contract Occupational Therapist for a local contract job in Zion, Illinois.

Job Details :

⦁\tOccupational Therapist for adult inpatient acute care hospital.

⦁\tWill work some outpatient settings (outpatient services within the hospital).

⦁\t5x8 days M-F, no call / weekends / float required.

⦁\tOncology based with STEM cell unit in hospital.

⦁\tAverage of 6 patients per day.

Requirement :

⦁\t1 year experience REQUIRED,

⦁\t1st time travelers accepted, new grads OK depending on clinical experience (clinicals in hospital setting).

⦁\t2 week unit orientation (80 hours), wine-colored scrubs not provided by unit.

⦁\tEPIC documentation.

Certifications REQUIRED :

⦁\tState License (will accepting pending if application already submitted)

⦁\tBLS

⦁\tNBCOT

Skills / experience REQUIRED :

Upper Extremity, Adaptive Equipment, Community Re-entry, Home Assessment, Pre-Discharge Planning, Home, Exercise Program, Lifting and transfer, Patient / Family Education, Safety and injury prevention, Adaptive Equipment Assessment (Adult), Assessment, Discharge , Evaluation, Plan of Care, Reassessments
