Vivo HealthStaff is recruiting a Board Certified Cardiology Electrophysiologist to join a dynamic Heart Rhythm Institute team in metro Detroit, Michigan. This full-time position offers leadership opportunities, advanced technology access, teaching involvement, and strong multidisciplinary collaboration.
Details :
- Provide outpatient and inpatient cardiac electrophysiology services at multiple hospital locations
- Work Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. 4 : 30 p.m., with shared call coverage (2 : 1 ratio)
- Travel between practice sites as needed
- Perform procedures including pacemaker and defibrillator implants, and right- and left-sided ablations
- Participate in inpatient rounding during call weeks; supported by APP for independent rounding at one hospital
- Build and manage a patient panel with strong internal referral streams and existing volume
- Collaborate with experienced EP cardiologists, APRNs, cardiovascular thoracic surgeons, and a skilled support team
- Join a teaching hospital with over 200 residents and 30 fellows, with opportunities for education and mentoring
- Contribute to high-acuity patient care in a Level I Trauma Center with advanced cardiac, stroke, and neuro-endovascular programs
- Utilize Cerner EMR system, transitioning to Epic in late 2025 early 2026
