Setting : Skilled Nursing Facility

Patient Type : Adult and Geriatric Patients

Shift : Days (Sunday – Thursday or Tuesday – Saturday.) May accept Monday – Friday

Hours : 40 hours per week - 5x 8hr shifts

OT : OT Available

EMR : Nethealth

Number of Patients per day : 8-12

New Grad Friendly – Active California Occupational Therapist Licensed Required

CPR / BLS Card Required

Covid Vaccine Card Required
