Insurance Services Operations Manager

Over the frontline insurance team - life insurance, variables, long term care, and disabilities. Managing the below :

• Work a lot of case management and sales force
• Advisor will put cases in, meeting SLAs and getting those answered timely
• Escalations that happen (insurance companies difficult to work with)
• Insurance for investment

Additional Skills & Qualifications :

Hybrid in Fort Worth, 3 days in office, 2 days at home.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $85000.00 / yr. Will go over after interview.
