What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the location. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Maintain awareness of surroundings within financial institution locations and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents. Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and / or law enforcement as needed. Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner. Minimum Requirements : At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Customer service experience is preferred. Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred. Experience with alarm panels is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
