Monday - Friday day shiftNo Nights, No weekendsLead and manage all aspects of the agency's operations, including program development, staff supervision, and client servicesSupervise and mentor a team of ABA professionals, providing guidance on best practices and promoting professional developmentConduct behavior assessments and facilitate behavior programs based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)Facilitate parent training and support familiesEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and quality assurance measuresDevelop and implement strategic initiatives to scale agency services and enhance client outcomesFoster a positive, collaborative work culture that encourages team engagement and innovationBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and community partnersConduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis of all problem behaviors when needed and clinically warrantedCover sessions in case of emergencyRequirements
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification requiredMaster's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related fieldExtensive experience in ABA, with a strong understanding of evidence-based practicesProven experience managing and supervising ABA professionals, with a focus on team developmentDemonstrated ability to scale operations and manage multiple sites effectivelyExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbout Us
