Our products are designed for business users and we obsess over ease of use, so you must have full‑stack experience and be comfortable traversing across backend and front‑end. We’re prioritizing the following experience :

• 3+ years non‑internship experience with architecture of new and existing systems (design patterns, reliability and scaling)
• Programming with at least one of Java (Coral framework preferred), Python, or TypeScript
• Handling non‑deterministic AI / ML systems, including error handling, fallback strategies, and managing unpredictable outputs from LLMs
• Knowledge of personalization systems, recommendation engines, or dynamic content generation
• AWS service launch / production operational experience desired

You will be expected to influence technical design and product direction, but spend most of your time writing code.

Location : Seattle, WA, USA.

The base salary range for this position is $143,700.00 – $194,400.00 USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
