State Licensed Associate Manager, VCM

A company is looking for an Associate Manager of Virtual Care Management (VCM).

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the clinical delivery of virtual care management services, including staff management and scheduling

Evaluate nursing care quality and ensure compliance with practice standards

Collaborate with various teams to promote services and ensure customer success

Required Qualifications

Unrestricted compact state RN license

5+ years of nursing experience, with remote care management experience preferred

1-3 years of direct management experience

Experience supervising or managing a large team in a healthcare setting

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
