• Keep company abreast of new business development opportunities, account status, potential customers, customer needs, and competitive issues using CRM
• Create and fulfill a customer acquisition strategy for your sales territory
• Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products or services
• Ensure customer needs are met by staying on top of our services and product, competition, and market conditions in the home services industry
• Appear at in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events Qualifications :
• A bachelor’s degree or high school diploma is preferred
• Proven track record of sales experience, 3-5 years
• Experience using a CRM is preferred
• To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle Compensation : $55,000 - $64,000 yearly
