The CIBC Anti-Money Laundering AML Analytics team is a forward-thinking risk analytics group dedicated to driving innovation in anti-money laundering through advanced data analytics technology and strategic transformation. The team enhances the banks capabilities in transaction monitoring customer risk rating sanctions screening and data governance helping to ensure CIBC remains at the forefront of financial crime prevention.

At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. Youll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where youll spend 1-3 days per week on-site while other days will be remote.

How Youll Succeed

• Quantitative Analytics :

Develop advanced quantitative models and data-driven solutions to enhance AML transaction monitoring and sanction screening systems.

Technical / Data Modelling Skills :

Build and maintain strong relationships with technology partners external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure program efficiency.

At CIBC we offer a competitive total rewards package. This role has an expected salary range of $105000- $122000 for the market based on experience qualifications and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business units incentive compensation plan which may also include a discretionary bonus component.
